How to use this workspace
- A Trust administrator adds a site, building and areas such as wards.
- The administrator creates and activates primary and secondary scopes, then assigns assessors edit access.
- An assigned assessor creates an assessment record under Scopes, then opens it under Assessment records.
- Choose an assessment section, record answers and save them to the server before leaving.
- Save the secondary assessment first. In the primary assessment, open Linked secondary assessments, select that saved assessment and record why it is relevant. Read access to the secondary scope is required.
- Review later secondary changes explicitly; they do not overwrite linked evidence.
Use Offline assessment transfers to download and upload editable draft assessments. Review and issue actions are inside each assessment and require the appropriate appointments. These remain development workflows; physical iPad acceptance and PDF output are pending. Recovery JSON is separate from a supported offline package.

People and permissions
Account roles and scope assignments are separate from validator and issuer appointments. An administrator is not automatically an assessor or validator.
